We do not provide support for devices purchased from third-party platforms.

How can I get the software download link?

After purchasing from the official website, please contact our customer service at support@vxdiag.com or via online chat. Based on your order record, we will provide you with the software download link free of charge.
However, we do not provide software download links for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, or JLR Pathfinder.

Will the VXDIAG device be compatible with my car?

VXDIAG supports vehicles from the following car manufacturers: Benz, GM, BMW, Subaru, PSA, Renault, Nissan, Honda, VW, Volvo, Ford Mazda, Toyota, JLR SDD and JLR DoIP, and Porsche (PW2 and PW3).

Can I add multiple vehicle models to one device?

Currently, the NANO device supports only a single vehicle model. The FD device only supports adding GM and Ford/Mazda vehicle model licenses.

The SE and PLUS series devices can support multiple vehicle model licenses on one device.

How to get coupons?

You can get coupons by subscribing to our email newsletter or participating in our promotional activities. Additionally, coupon information will be posted periodically on our website's homepage and in our emails.

My device was not purchased here. Can I use the virtual authorization product?

If your device is a legitimate VXDIAG device, then you can use our virtual authorization product.

How to deliver virtual authorization products?

Please send us the serial number (SN code) of your device, and our technical team will add the authorization license for you.
The activation is usually completed within 24 working hours, and you will receive a notification once it is done.

After activation, please open VX Manager and click Firmware Update and License Update to retrieve the new authorization.

Can I change the shipping address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact customer service to change the shipping address.

How long does it take to process an order?

We usually process your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it.
